Description:
Forklift has "AIR BRAKES" not air over hydraulics but FULL air brake system with air parking brake valve mounted on the dash. Brakes do work.
Needs new fan hub bearings, in the video the clicking sound is the fan hub.
In video of the engine when the valve cover cap is pulled to check the blow by it looks like blow by but look at the fan in the back ground.
Radiator looks like it has a leak towards the top of the radiator.
