The Vermeer T658 combines all the features of a conventional rock trencher with the ability to work within confined right-of-ways. The hydrostatically controlled offset boom and a loading conveyor which swings 110° makes it possible to work jobs where equipment needs to be next to curbs, roads or buildings.
Offset trenching capabilities allow you to trench 90 cm left or right of center. In this way you keep more of the equipment off the road, reducing surface damage and providing more space between you and traffic for improved job site safety.
Moreover, T658 is easy to transport as it requires no special “wide load” permits.
