Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.
Hydraulic and hydrostatic filters were also cut open and they were clean.
Magnetic plugs were checked and they were clean.
Checked the hydraulic implement pressure and it was within specifications.
Checked all four hydraulic drive pressures and they were within specifications.
Checked travel charge pressures and they were within specifications.
Checked the steering pressure and it was within specifications.
Checked the differential oils and they were clean.
Checked all 4 planetary oils and they were also clean.
Serviced the planetaries.
Serviced the pump drive.
Completed a full operational inspection.
Installed a NEW master switch.
Installed a NEW alternator belt.
Installed a NEW hydraulic temperature sensor.
Inspected the articulation hitch for play and it was good.
Inspected the oscillation hitch for play and it was good.
Installed 4 cleaner bars.
Resealed the left and right steering cylinders.
Serviced the air conditioning system.
Replaced hoses where required.
Completed all required repairs to the cab.
Completed all required electrical repairs.
Serviced the batteries and connections.
Completed other miscellaneous repairs as required.
This unit has been sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed in our painting facilities.
