Repair / Condition Report
Upon purchase inspection, the following was completed:
Removed the engine filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.
Removed the hydraulic filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.
Removed the transmission filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.
Engine was then serviced and NEW fuel filter, NEW oil filter and NEW air filters were installed and engine oil was replaced.
Checked both final drives and oil levels were good and oils were clean.
Load tested the batteries and they tested good.
Resealed the starter mounting to fly wheel housing.
Installed a NEW fuel sending unit.
Repaired the rear wiper assembly.
Installed a NEW mirror.
Installed a NEW throttle switch.
Greased machine.
All operational systems were checked.
The following pressures were recorded:
Engine Oil: 37 PSI - Low Idle, 58 PSI - High Idle
Fuel Pressure: 91 PSI - Low Idle, 106 PSI - High Idle
Transmission Pressure: 427 PSI - Specs: 420+-10 PSI
