Upon purchase inspection and servicing, the following was completed:
Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.
Engine was then serviced and engine air filters were replaced.
Transmission and hydraulic filters were cut open and checked for contaminates and they were clean.
Checked the transmission strainer and it was clean.
Checked the transmission and hydraulic oils and they were clean.
The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment Limited:
Replaced the temperature control.
Repaired the seat assembly and suspension.
Serviced the batteries and cable connections.
Repaired the electrical components as required.
Repaired the implement and boom controls as required.
Replaced hoses as required.
Installed NEW pins in the tilt cylinder.
Installed NEW pins in the angle cylinder.
Installed a NEW pitch link bearing.
Shimmed the blade mount tower.
Repaired miscellaneous leaks.
Checked that pressures were set to OEM specifications.
Repaired all the lights.
Completed other miscellaneous repairs as needed.
Completed any required cosmetic repairs.
The side boom assembly was certified.
Sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed this unit in our painting facilities.
