ONE USED 2015 MANITOWOC CRAWLER CRANE, MODEL 8000-1, 80 TON CAPACITY complete with:
MACHINERY: Two equal width main drums are 21.5" (54,5 cm) wide and 21.7" (55 cm) diameter mounted on separate front and rear shafts with planetary reducers independently driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary reducer. A spring set, hydraulically-released, multi-disc holding brake is mounted on the hoist motor and is operated through a counter-balance valve. An external ratchet is fitted for locking the drums. Drums are grooved and supplied with 869' (265 m) of 22 mm wire rope on the front drum and 673' (205 m) of 22 mm wire rope on the rear drum. Drum rotation indicators. Independent swing powered by a hydraulic plunger motor coupled to a planetary reducer with spring-set, hydraulically released multiple-disc brake, mounted on the swing motor. Four-position pin-in-hole lock (manual). Boom hoist with grooved drums including 16 mm diameter wire rope. Drum is powered by hydraulic axial piston motor coupled through a planetary reducer; external ratchet for locking drum is equipped. Engine/machinery enclosures with large access doors. Power up/down and free-fall is standard for main drums.
LOWER: Independently hydraulic propel drive unit into each side frame. 36" (0,9 m) crawler shoes. Lifetime lubricated track rollers. Retractable crawlers for transportation.
ENGINE: Hino J08E-UV, Interim Tier 4, 285 HP (213 kW) @ 2100 RPM, 6 cylinder, water-cooled, direct fuel injection with turbo-charger. Engine also includes: 24 volt - 90 amp alternator, 24 volt - 5.0 kW starting motor, electronic twist grip hand throttle, 106 gallon (400 l) fuel reservoir, and heavy duty batteries [(2) 12 volt, 136 Ah].
OPERATOR'S STATION: The cab includes: totally enclosed full vision cab with safety glass, windshield wiper/washer, hydraulic controls, opening front window, tachometer, Load Moment Indicator, and air conditioning.
CONTROLS: Hydraulic-over-hydraulic controls provide instant, positive, and smooth response to the operator’s touch. Block-up limit control is standard for hoist and whip lines. Integrated Load Moment Indicator system (LMI) is standard for main boom and upper boom point.
BOOM: Includes 50' (15,2 m) basic boom consisting of 19' (5,8 m) butt, 10' (3 m) insert and 21' (6,39 m) top. Boom angle indicator, pendant rigging, and boom hoist wire rope. Boom back-stops and boom over-hoist prevention device. Anti-two block limit controls for main and whip lines.
COUNTERWEIGHT: Five-piece removable upper counterweight with self-removal device, 57,584 lbs. (26 120 kgs) total weight and two-piece carbody counter-weight, 14,330 lbs (6 500 kgs) total weight. Counterweight self-removal device is standard.
