Repair / Condition Report
Upon purchase inspection and servicing, the following was completed:
Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.
Engine was then serviced.
Hydraulic filters were cut open and checked for contaminates and they were clean.
The final drive oils were checked for contaminates and they were clean.
The swing drive oil was checked for contaminates and it was clean.
The winch oil was also checked and it was also clean.
The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment Limited:
Installed a NEW safety latch on the hook block.
Repaired the boom lights.
Repaired the wiring for the boom warning lights.
Load tested the batteries.
Serviced batteries and connections.
Installed NEW batteries on 2 sensors.
Checked the engine oil pressure - 51 PSI.
Checked the engine fuel pressure - 88 PSI.
Checked the hydraulic main pump pressure - 5958 PSI.
This unit is now work ready.
