Description:
The Powerscreen 3 Bin Blender is a mobile blending plant consisting of 3 variable speed feeders, feeding onto one collection conveyor which discharges the blended product at the rear of the machine.
Beltfeeder: Calibrated variable speed belt feed hopper with a 2 ply 650mm (25.5”) wide conveyor belt.
Collection Conveyor: Continuous 800mm (31.5”) wide conveyor belt collecting the material fed from each bin and discharging it to the rear of the machine.
Coupling: There is as standard a coupling facility which runs in series with the collection conveyor to drive M70.
Transport: The Blender unit is fitted with a single axle, the machine incorporates a 5th wheel kingpin, a detachable towbar for on site movement and hydraulic jacking legs to increase portability.
