5 VALVE SPRAY SYSTEM:
Five independently air operated
UTE AV1100 valves. Two valves
for rear spray, two valves for front
spray, one valve for side spray. All
plumbing provided is schedule 40
steel pipe with groove style flexible
fittings. The kit comes standard
with a UTE cab control console to
independently air operate each valve
from inside.
WATER PUMP:
Berkeley or Franklin 4X3 centrifugal cast iron
pump [email protected] with ceramic
mechanical seal.
MOUNTING KIT:
Schedule 80 solid, (6) heavy duty angle tie down mounts with tank guides
and hardware, vulcanized rubber wear pad for tanks 3000 gallons and larger.
CUT OUTS:
Pre-measured steel arches for manifold pipe clearance under tank, packed loose for custom installation.
LIGHTS:
LED sealed beam lights with wiring encased in rubber harness. PAINT: Exterior sandblasted and primed. (Shown with optional
powder coated exterior). See page 6 for powder coat and epoxy coating options.
