• Trio TTH6203 6’ Wide x 20’ Long Triple Deck Horizontal Screen featuring adjustable stroke, and speed with huck bolted 1/4” thick side plate design, 1/4” reinforcing plates, crowned deck frames, tension bars (clamps), rubber deck support strips, discharge lips with 1/4” thick AR steel liners, bolt on 24” feed box with 1/4” AR steel liners, heavy duty rubber spring suppression with rubber surge snubbers, three shaft vibrator mechanism with high strength steel spindles, self-locking clamping hubs, forged alloy shaved steel gears, 160 mm spherical self-aligning anti-friction roller bearings with splash type oil lubrication system, single v-belt drive with variable pitch drive sheave, drive guard, motor drive motor mount and 40 HP, 1200 RPM, TEFC, 460-3-60 electric motor.
• Trio TTSW3625 Twin 36” Diameter x 25’ Long Fine Material Washer complete with twin 15 hp electric motors, v-belt drives and OSHA drive guards; heavy duty gear reducers with oil bath lubrication; full flare tub with adjustable weirs; bolt-on replaceable Ni-hard abrasion resistant wear shoes; grease lubricated lower bearing assemblies mounted outside the tub; curved trough plate with perforated holes for rising current feature; discharge chute.
• Slurry box for pre-wetting gravel
• Lined discharge chutes
