BT4792 TEREX Heavy sale in Colorado

CraneWorks has a workhorse Terex BT 4792 for immediate delivery. This crane has an 23.5 ton capacity and a four section, 92’ proportional boom. The optional 2-stage jib ( 26’ – 44’ ) will give this machine a max. tip height of 144’. Crane overload protection system is Greer 586 and the A2B is hardwired. The single winch is 2-speed and is spooled with 9/16” wire rope. A single sheave block hook is includedas is a 7 ton ball. The crane is stabilized by A-frame main outriggers and out and down auxiliary outriggers.

This crane is mounted on a 2007 Sterling LT7500 single axle chassis and is powered by Caterpillar C-7, 300 HP diesel engine. Power is transmitted through a Fuller 8LL ( 10 speed) transmission. Front axle is 20K and the rear axle is rated at 40K. Chassis suspension is spring ride. Front tires are 425/65R 22.5 mounted on steel disc wheels. Rear tires are also 11R mounted on steel disc wheels. This is a very popular machine and is priced to sell.

BASIC MACHINE:
23.5 tons (21.3mt) capacity rating.
Mainframe consists of all-steel, box construction. Subframe length designed for 21' flatbed.
Dual-side, stand-up controls with foot throttle pedal
Front main "A" frame outriggers independently controlled with an overall extended span of 22' (6.7m) to the outside of the pads.
Rear outriggers are "H" frame, out-and-down type with an overall extended span of 17' 6" to the outside of pads.
Rotation Planetary gearbox - hydraulic motor driven with 370-degrees of non-continuous swing rotation.
Crane consoles include 4 lever crane function control handles - 4 lever outrigger control handles - engine start/stop switches - signal horn - bubble level and warning light for high hydraulic oil temperature.

BOOM:
Four section KEEL designed boom, full power, mechanically synchronized with 29' to 92' maximum length (8.8 - 28m) and maximum tip height of 101' (30.8m)
Each KEEL section is high-strength, steel plate construction designed to optimize the strength to weight ratio.
Boom sections are color stripe coded to corresponding load chart.
Boom Tip head is equipped with 2 bottom head sheaves - includes one and two-man steel workbasket attachment point.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:
High capacity, full flow oil filtration system with a 90 gallon (342L) capacity reservoir and internal suction filter screen.
Three section vane pump is PTO driven and allows independent functioning of Boom, Winch and Swing operations.
The combined system output is 57 gpm at 2300 rpm pump speed and up to 3000 psi operating pressures.
The return line filter is 10 micron and is externally mounted to the reservoir.

HOIST:
Standard Two-Speed Planetary Hoist - hydraulic motor driven - Maximum Line Pull 11,854lbs / 5,532lbs @ low speed/high speed setting
