General Description: 1998 McLaughlin MCL-20 Auger Boring Machine with Augers and Heads Package.
Accessories: AUGERS -
-20" x 60 foot
-16" x 80 foot
-12" x 100 foot
-8" x 30 foot
-6" x 60 foot
-Adapter included 2-1/4 to 1-5/8 hex
HEADS -
-(4) x Dirt Heads (cannot confirm sizes but they correspond close to auger sizes)
-(1) x 16" Rock Head
Seller Notes:
-Track included.
-Auger is in good shape.
-Items have just been sitting.
-All are 2-1/4" Hex, except the 6" which is 1-5/8.
-The smaller sizes allow contractors to stagger the auger sizes for extra length on longer bores.
Recent Work/Modifications: Seller Notes:
-Machine has had all fluids changed and new hydraulic filter.
-New carburetor and battery - engine runs good.
-New bearings in gearbox.
-Transmission shifts good with fresh fluid.
-The only bad thing is the clutch is likely due for repair as internal seal leaks (still operates and digs in gear).
