* Soft-star with full voltage shorting starters and a branch breaker for two (2) 200 hp keypad display mounted in the door.
* Square D f.v.n.r. starters with thermals, branch breakers and lockouts for two (2) 10 hp and two (2) 2 hp motors.
* 1000 amp main breaker with a handle through the door to turn the power off and on. Phase monitor mounted in the panel to detect, single phasing, phase reversal or low voltage, to drop out the control circuits if there is a problem.
* 100-amp feeder breaker with a lockout for inertial panel. Plug and receptacle for this to feed power to the inertia panel.
* One (1) - Teco MA7200 A/C inverter & Breaker for a 25 hp motor (feeder motor 20 hp) and remote keypad mounting kit (for door installment).
* Control transformer with fusing sized both panels
* Control console to be mounted in an existing cab. The following is included:
One (1) illuminated emergency stop. Illuminated three position push-pulls for all starters in this panel, as well as ten (10) for starters and drives in the inertia panel.
Alarm start-up button, timer and relay. Alarm will be shipped loose with a weatherproof box, so that you can mount it in a desired location at the plant site.
- Potentiometer for the belt feeder. Shielded cable must be used for this to wire to the drive. Needs to be direct connected without a plug and receptacle.
- Red, green and amber pilot lights for miscellaneous signaling, warning, low flow, high temperature, etc.
- Amp meters for each the 200 hp motors.
- Hour meter
- Selector switches.
* Plug and receptacles for motors 20 hp and under.
* Plug and receptacles for control wires. One set between the console and main panel. One set between the main panel and the inertia panel and one set between the main panel and the VSI lube control panel.
