This unit is operational. The engines smokes but it does start and run smooth. It moves reverse and forward very smooth and easy and turns all directions smoothly. The boom will fully extend but is a little slow. The tracks are about 50% and all idlers final drive and rollers are 50%. The glass in front of cab is broke. No heat or air.
