Used Hazemag APK30 horizontal shaft impact crusher w/ 4-bar open rotor and primary and secondary curtain. Detroit Diesel engine powers crusher and auxillary hydraulic system that operates feeder, feed conveyor and opens and closes hood on crusher.
Used 4' x 12' (2d) incline screen w/ electric motor. Screen is designed to lower for transport.
Crushing plant is fed by rear mounted 8'x8' feed hopper w/ reciprocating plate feeder and 24" feed conveyor. Under-crusher side discharge conveyor transports material to 24" closed-circuit conveyor.
All mounted on a pit portable tandem axle chassis w/ 5th wheel pin.
