Used Hewitt Robins 3654 primary horizontal shaft impact crusher w/ 36" wide solid rotor, manganese blow bars, wear sleeves, and stripper bar. Feed rock box w/ chains and rubber belting to help reduce/minimize fly rock.
Crusher is powered by used Cummins diesel engine w/ 2-bearing generator. Electric motor starters for the VGF and discharge conveyor.
Used Simplicity 45" x 16' vibrating grizzly feeder w/ electric motor and low profile steel feed hopper. Under-grizzly bypass chute directs grizzly fines down to the under-crusher conveyor.
36" under-crusher front discharge conveyor w/ impact tray and electric motor.
All mounted on a wide flange beam tri-axle chassis w/ operator's platform w/ access ladders & handrail, brakes, signal lights, and 5th wheel pin.
