Selling for the family of the late John Linton of Mt Washington, KY. The Linton family has leased the farm land and is offering several pieces of machinery to be sold to the highest bidder. Most of the machinery has been parked for up to 2 years. Batteries are missing or dead, some tires are down, and some items will be sold for salvage. BC Auctions is acting as agents only and all items will sell as is where is with NO guarantee and NO warranty of any kind. Titled vehicles will be noted and titles will be available at the time of pick up.
This was a working family farm at the time of Mr. Linton’s passing and most all equipment was in operation at that time. Feel free to contact us with any questions and we will do our best to answer.
Please be sure to view all items that are a part of this Estate auction. Items will be selling on both Oct 19 and Oct 26. This will allow for buyers to have time for pick up arrangements of the larger items.
Terms of payment
Payment is due NO LATER than the 5pm Monday following the auction. Any invoices totaling $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer and a $10 wiring fee will be added to the invoice. Any titled trucks will also have a $15 title fee added to the total purchase price of each. Invoices totaling less than $1000 may be paid by credit card and a 3% convenience will be added to the invoice. Invoices will be emailed to the winning bidders following each auction with payment instructions. Contact us with any questions.
Pick up
Pick up dates are Nov 2, 11am – 5pm and Nov 3, 8am – 3pm. Please note that loading assistance for the large pieces, especially for the machines on tracks, will be somewhat limited. No attempts have been made to get these machines started and running. Items not picked up during the scheduled pick up times are subject to storage fees and will be charged loading fees.
