BOOM: 42-160 ft. (12.8-48.5 m) 5-section, sequenced synchronized full
power MEGAFORM style boom, integral holding valve on the telescope
cylinders w/ thermal contraction preventation system. Hydraulically
actuated pins for easy boom removal. Seven (7) quick reeve nylatron
sheaves in the main boom nose. Auxiliary, removable, single sheave
boom nose.
BOOM ELEVATION: One double-acting hydraulic cylinder (-3° to 78°) with
integral holding valve.
BOOM EXTENSION: 36-59 ft (11-18m) Fixed offsettable bifold swingaway
lattice extension with integral offset mechanism for offsets of 0?,
20? and 40?.
LOAD MOMENT AND ANTI-TWO BLOCK SYSTEM ("Graphic LMI"): Audio-visual
(light/buzzer) warning system and Grove control lever lockout system
with electronic display of boom angle and length, relative load moment
indication, rated load, load, radius and boom tip height; in-cab LMI
light bar. The standard Work Area Definition System allows the
operator to pre-select and define safe working areas. If the crane
approaches the pre-set limits, audio-visual warnings aid the operator
in avoiding job-site obstructions.
CAB: All galvanealed steel with acoustical lining and tinted safety
glass throughout, cab tilts to 200 for greater comfort, deluxe seat
with armrest mounted single-axis hydraulic controllers, gauges for
engine functions, tilt / telescoping steering wheel, electric horn,
windshield washer/wiper, air conditioning, hot water cab heater with
defroster, opening skylight with wiper, sunscreen, fire extinguisher,
seat belt, circulating air fan, (2) cab mounted work lights, and level
indicator.
SWING: Two speed, 360° continuous rotation planetary "Glide Swing"
with foot actuated multi-disc brake, hydraulic swing parking brake,
and plunger-type 2 position house lock, pinion guard, and 360 Degree
NYC style positive swing lock
COUNTERWEIGHT: One piece; 40,000 lb (18,144 kg) hydraulically
installed and removed.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: 6-pump system with external sight level indicator,
filter condition gauge, pressure check ports and oil cooler. Manual
hydraulic pump disconnect.
HOISTS: Matching Model HP35-26G grooved drum main and auxiliary hoist,
two speeds power up and down with automatic multi-disc brake,
electronic hoist rotation indicators, hoist drum cable followers and
hoist mirrors. Auxiliary hoist and mount is hydraulically
removed/installed with counterweight.
WIRE ROPE: 950 ft. (290 m) of 3/4 in. (19 mm) diameter 35 X 7 class
(rotation resistant) wire rope installed on main hoist; 700 ft. (213
m) of 3/4 in. (19mm) diameter 35 x 7 class (rotation resistant) wire
rope installed on auxiliary hoist.
HOOK BLOCK: 80 ton (70 mt); 5 sheave, "quick reeve" type with swivel
hook and safety latch. Wt. 1,608 lb. (729 kg)
HEADACHE BALL: 10 ton (9.1 mt) top swivel with hook and safety latch;

OUTRIGGERS: Removable box front and rear with hydraulic beam and jack;

oscillates up to 10 in. (254 mm) with automatic oscillation lockout.
BRAKES: Dual line full hydraulic braking system with front axle
mounted spring applied parking brake.
TIRES: 33.25 X 29 - 38 bias ply SL-100.
LIGHTS: Full lighting package includes turn indicators, headlights,
taillights, brake lights, 4-way hazard lights, and cab mounted work

battery disconnect switch.
