TRACK UNDERCARRIAGE - track width 600 mm (23.6")
FEEDER - 50" x 18', 5' step deck grizzly bars, 18' loading hopper with fixed
walls and three way by-pass chute
END DELIVERY CONVEYOR - 1200 mm (approx. 48") x 40' hydraulic drive, 360
PIW 4 ply endless belt, conveyor easily removable for maintenance
HYDRAULICS - includes hydrostatic pump group and circuit, one (1) 12 GPM
auxiliary circuit for side delivery conveyor (less side delivery conveyor),
one (1) 20 GPM auxiliary circuit, and hydraulics for magnet (less magnet)
INCLUDED STANDARD OPTIONS:
Extend End Delivery Conveyor to 44' with 12'2" discharge under head end
with hydraulic fold for travel vs. std. 40'.
Tramp Iron Relief system in lieu of wedge adjust. TIR controlled with a
(PLC/HMI) powered by 24V DC 10 amps. Includes provisions for remote
mounting of control screen. Hydraulic pressure is required up to 3,000
PSI and flow is to be between 3 to 10 gpm. Minimum oil reservoir size
of 25 gallons is required.
Dust Suppression System with Manifold for customer water source.
Magnet-permanent cross belt magnet.
