1989 Nordberg portable open circuit cone crusher plant with 1352 5' Omni-cone, 6203 simplicity screen, 6' x 16' screen with double shaft shaker deck, This unit is easy to turn into closed circuit. Soft electric start, This unit needs only a few minor repairs. Within the last two years the seller has done the following: 1. Had Nordberg Dealer rebuild Omni-cone crusher and spent $40,000 including new head bearing and new eccentric bearings, new oil pump, new liners, Hyd oil was flushed and new filter, all safety and lockout switches were replaced. Seller has just recently rebuilt the screens and spent approx. $20,000. Rebuilt the 200 HP repulsion motor for Omni-cone with 440 Volt 3 phase. New soft start transformers for main drive soft start repulsion motor. New six main drive belts at $800 each. Replaced 4 new shaker screen springs as all springs are working. A new cooling fan motor was just replaced. Unit has several discharge shoots and valves for different grades of stone. This plant was running in full production when they shut it off to replace it with a new unit. This unit can run between 400 and 500 tones per hour. This unit is a plug in and play.
