Deister 6’ x 12’ Dewatering Screen
Deister Model BFO-1612 DW, single deck, Deister Horizontal Dewatering Screen, with Polydeck urethane media, and including:
• H-beam base, 8” –35lb wide flange with trunnion type spring support mounts on each corner,
• Snubbers (friction checks) – spring loaded
• Side plates 3/8” thick with 5/8” x 3½” vertical braces,
• Modular urethane screen support system, which has a 45, sloped receiving area, and the deck frame inclined at 3 is constructed by Deister with channels supplied by Polydeck and installed by Deister,
• Sideplates above the modular urethane deck prepared by DMCo. for urethane wear plates supplied by Polydeck and installed by DMCo.,
• Discharge lip with adjustable height dam,
• Twin shafted gear type vibrating mechanism is located on top of the sideplates, and equipped with four (4) 100mm spherical roller vibrating screen bearings,
• Oil fill, overflow, and drain located on the outside surface of the vibrating mechanism tube, with the tube acting as the oil reservoir requiring oil changes every 500 hours, requiring approximately 7 gallons of oil,
• Deister “slingermist” oil bath lubrication system with labyrinth type dust and oil seals,
