Description:
Secondary plant originally manufactured by Spaulding Equipment consists of:
A. Chassis, heavy built-up beam, fifth wheel pin, hydraulic jacks, 12-volt power, blocking stands, walkway around crusher, ladder to grade, drive guard, under crusher hopper, support structure for screen, walkway on two sides, ladders, under screen hopper.
B. Conveyors, 42” x 17’ folding side discharge conveyor, 10 Hp drive, standard components, 36” x 20’ under screen, rear discharge conveyor, 10 Hp drive.
C. Deister 6’ x 16’ Horizontal screen, double deck, feed box, underslung vibrating mechanism, oil lubricated bearings, tension devices, extended discharge lip, 30 Hp motor, V-belt drive, drive guard. New in 2001, limited use since.
D. Symons Nordberg 4¼' Standard Cone Crusher, independent oil lube, oil tank, piping, hydraulic clearing of cavity, coarse configuration liners, rumored to have had significant repairs by Spaulding in 2006.
Plant has been out of service since approximately 2013, and had minor use in the 2008 to 2012 period.
Plant designed for a trucking company to furnish a 16-wheel dolly assembly at rear and a jeep at the King pin. There are no axles, tires on wheels included.
