Grove model RT855B 55 ton capacity rough terrain hydraulic crane powered by a Cummins 6CTA 8.3L turbo charged diesel engine with ether cold start aid, electric engine block heater, low engine oil pressure/high water temperature audio-visual warning and including the following features and equipment:
• 165 ft. total boom with 4-section 37 ft. to 115 ft. synchronized full power boom and 35 ft. to 60 ft. manually telescoped, offsetable (@ 30 degrees) swingaway extension. Four sheave boom nose. Auxiliary boom head.
• Grove model HO30G-26G hydraulic main hoist with rotation indicator and cable follower. 3/4 in. hoist rope.
• Overhaul ball. Single sheave hookblock.
• Load moment and anti-two block system (“LMI”).
• Grove “Glide” swing. Mechanical swing lock.
• Seven main hydraulic pumps with oil cooler and manual pump disconnect with engine jogging switch.

• Single stage double box telescoping beam three position out-and-down hydraulic outriggers front and rear with “inverted” jacks. Two function control located in operator’s cab.
• Enclosed operator’s cab with tinted glass, opening skylight with electric wiper, deluxe adjustable seat with armrest mounted crane controls, hydraulic oil cab heater/defroster, windshield wiper, engine instruments, dual rear view mirrors and driving controls.
