Used 3258-PP-VGF-EC Portable Plant S/N 41757 complete with all standard features and including:
• Originally sold in 2008, took in on trade in 2013 for larger jaw, recondition in 2013, ran for (15) months prior to taking in on trade against a 4448 primary plant in August of 2015.
• Quad axles and highway towing kit
• Service platform with handrails and toe guards
• 4 point hydraulic leveling; 5 HP gas engine with 12V Starting System
• Bypass chute for grizzly throughs
Used 60" x 20' Heavy Duty Vibrating Grizzly Feeder S/N 41758 including:
• New grizzly bars will be installed (application and spacing to be determined)
• V-belt drive & guard
• 280 HF vibrating unit S/N 41759
• 1/2" AR steel pan liner
• 50 HP, 460V electric motor
• Tapered loading hopper extensions
Used 3258 Hydraulic Jaw Crusher S/N 41760 including:
• Integral rear mounted drive
• 200 HP, 460V electric motor and motor support
• V-belt drive and drive guard
• 7.5 HP hyd. power unit with relief valve, reservoir, and shock mount
• Hydraulic toggle system for setting adjustment and relief
• Hydraulic position sensor
• Level sensor on jaw to control VGF
Used 54" End Discharge Conveyor with 20 HP, 460V drive.
• No discharge hood
Plant motors are wired to an on-plant junction box
