Factory Rebuilt 1990 Telsmith 48S Gyrasphere Crusher, S/N 202M9602 including:
- Main Frame has been weld repaired and machined to factory specs.
- Upper frame has been gone through and tested clamping pressures are set (new hydraulic Cylinders and hoses, new studs, new Bellevue washers and hardware.
- New bronze sleeves, eccentric assembly with rotary seal ring, head shaft assembly, rebuilt the countershaft box assembly with new shaft and bearings.
- New Lube oil power unit including switches, pumps
- No Liners are in machine and can be quoted separately
- No Alarm system is on machine and can be quoted separately
Crusher has existing bevel gears that have been adjusted to correct the wear pattern.
Includes standard 6 month or 1000 hour warranty.
