Description:
Used 2004 Telsmith 5252 HSI-VGF Skid Mounted Crushing Plant (S/N 505M2875, C20338) consisting of the following:
Structural steel chassis with steel supports with 4’ ground clearance and heavy duty mounting plates, crusher discharge hopper, closed circuit feed collar for crusher, maintenance platform stairway access.
Used 2004 Telsmith Model 42" x 16' Vibrating Pan Feeder – (no grizzly bars) (S/N 121M6148) complete, v-belt drive from hydraulic motor, mild steel pan, 1/2" AR steel pan liners, heavy duty coil support springs, 220 HF vibrating unit (S/N 323M2517H) with self-aligning spherical roller bearings, flow-through lubrication system, and sectionalized tapered loading hopper, and hydrostatic drive with hydraulic motor and variable speed control. Feeder controls will be mounted on the control platform.
Used 2004 Telsmith 5252 Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher (S/N 232M435) with heavy fabricated steel plate housing, abrasion resistant steel housing liners, two impact aprons with replaceable chrome iron alloy liners, chrome iron alloy impeller bars, open type dynamically balanced steel rotor shaft mounted on spherical bearings, inspection access doors in housing, hydraulic system for opening crusher housing, grooved crusher sheave, v-belt drive and guard.
• Includes hydraulic plunger mounted in crusher receiving hopper to assist in feeding the impactor and breaking asphalt slabs.
• 200 HP, 1200 RPM, TEFC electric motor with slide rails.
Used 60" Wide End Delivery Conveyor complete with v-belt drive, drive guard, 25 HP, TEFC electric motor nip guards, troughing idlers with impacts in load area, return idlers, 4-ply belting, lagged head pulley, self-cleaning tail pulley, full length skirts with flashing, belt scraper and discharge hood.
• Tail end of conveyor is hinged to lower for access under the impactor
Hydraulic power unit to run the feeder, crusher opening system, and hydraulic plungers in crusher receiving hopper. Power unit includes reservoir, pumps, and 50 HP, TEFC electric motor.
