Factory Rebuilt 2015 Telsmith Hydra-Jaw model H3450 Jaw Crusher, S/N 45127 including:
Welded steel mainframe, stress relieved, with AR steel cheek plate liners, external mounting feet and pitman lock-out pin.
Cast steel swing jaw assembly with bolt-on AR steel barrel protector, eccentric shaft and double row, spherical roller bearings.
Dual sealing system for shaft bearings with labyrinth and contact lip seals.
Grease lubrication from a centrally located service point.
Heavy duty manganese steel jaw dies - reversible and interchangeable (the same liner is used for both the frame and swing jaw).
Cast flywheels with counterweights.
Hydraulic toggle system for hydraulic setting adjustment and overload relief. Crusher setting is hydraulically adjusted and maintained with hydraulic controls - no shims are required. The system also allows for hydraulic clearing of the crushing chamber.
Toggle tensioning assembly maintains tension on the toggle. No adjustments are needed following setting adjustment.
Hydraulic cylinder position sensor.
New Hydraulic power unit with 7.5 HP electric motor driven pump, 20 gallon reservoir, relief valve, hydraulic controls and lines and fittings.
New Hydraulic power unit control panel, mounted in NEMA 4 enclosure, with logic controller and operator interface / display panel.
