4 VALVE SPRAY SYSTEM:
Four independently air operated UTE AV1100 valves: two valves mounted opposite sides at the front, two valves mounted opposite sides at the rear. Valves are independently air operated from the cab control console. All plumbing is schedule 40 steel pipe with groove style flexible fittings (no threaded fittings or hose plumbing).
WATER PUMP:
Berkeley or Franklin 4X3 centrifugal cast iron pump [email protected], with ceramic mechanical seal.
OPTIONAL WATER PUMP:
Franklin FMIH-40 or Berkeley B4ZRKS 4X4 self-prime centrifugal
cast iron pump [email protected], required with self loading option (pictured below).
DRIVE:
Hydraulic drive with bi-directional hydraulic pump and motor. Motor pre-plumbed to water pump with filter, pressure relief
valve, and oil reservoir. Hydraulic lines (pressure and suction) pre-plumbed through water tank for fluid cooling.
MOUNTING KIT:
Schedule 80 solid, (6) heavy duty angle tie down mounts, with springs (4) and tank guides.
Vulcanized rubber wear pad for tanks 2400 gallons and larger.
LIGHTS:
LED sealed beam lights with wiring
encased in rubber harness.
PAINT:
Exterior sandblasted and primed (shown with optional powder coated exterior).
