Portable 6x20 Triple Deck Screen over Twin 36” Wash Plant with:

• Triple Axle Chassis - constructed of Heavy Duty wide flange beam
• Heavy Duty 25,000lb Leaf Spring Suspension - with (12) 11R x 22.5 radial tires
• Landing Jacks - Qty. (2) crank down jacks at king pin end of chassis
• Brake Package – air brakes, emergency valve and plumbing

• Qty. (2) 24” x 11’ Cross Conveyors – reversible. With 5hp motor, Dodge TXT#3, 10” lagged head pulley, 10” wing tail pulley, Precision CEMA B idlers, rubber disc returns and 2-ply 3/16” x 1/16” belting with mechanical splice

• Static Spray System – Manifold constructed of 8” x 8” tube with 8” 90° elbow inlet, mounted under catwalk. (3) Adjustable spray bars in slurry box with mini-manifold. Mini-manifold plumbed in parallel with 4’ line from main manifold, 2” outlets. Mini-manifold to be mounted on structure, not to be part of the structure. All spray bars capped with ball valves. Beaver tails on top deck spray bars and (11) brass nozzles on center and bottom deck spray bars. 3” up flow line to sand screw

• Pressure Gauge - 0 - 100 PSI on manifold, mounted in middle, on bottom, so it can be seen from the ground, second pressure gage mounted on mini manifold

• Slurry Box – constructed of 3/8” mild steel, with (3) adjustable spray bars
• Gate Valve - to balance flow between screws
• Cross-Over Inlet

• Manual Roll Away Screen Overs Chutes - top, center and bottom deck overs chutes constructed of 3/8” AR steel. Bottom deck chute with blending gates

• Under Screen Flume – constructed of 1/4" mild steel, with two rinse bars

• Walkway & Ladder - diamond plate flooring with double handrail and kickplate on three sides of screen. (1) aluminum access ladder. Chain closures at ladder access points

• Switchgear - with NEMA 4 enclosure, Square D Nema components, breakers, reversing starters for cross conveyors, three position start/stop pushbuttons, main disconnect, emergency stop, two extra #2 starters for 20 hp off plant motors and 100’ lead.

• Top Deck Flop Gates – allows blending into the center deck overs in 25% increments
