New 2016 Maximus 522 Wash Screen. The top and middle decks are 5'x22' and the bottom deck is 5'x20'. Each deck has 8 spray bars on each deck with a main supply manifold that has separate control vales for each spray bar. Plus, there is an additional spray bar in the feed box. There is a rubber lined catch flum under screen box. The forth conveyor can radial as well as raise and lower. In addition, there is a cross conveyor at the end of the screen box that can be reversed with a control valve that will allow the products from the top and middle decks to be combined on the same conveyor. Otherwise the top and middle deck products will be discharged off two separate conveyors. The engine is a Cat 4.4, tier 3 engine.
